We’re so confident that you’ll love our extensive range of ebikes, that we’ll let you return the bike in the first 100 days if you don’t.
Just make sure you keep the original box and packaging so you can send it back, and make sure you follow the terms and conditions:
eBike and its accessories must be returned in as-new condition (reasonable wear & tear excepted)
eBike must be returned in original packaging (pre-assembled bikes excepted)
A 15% Restocking fee is applicable to any ebike returned
Any original shipping cost for the ebike is non-refundable
Please contact us prior to returning a bike to ensure that we can make arrangements for the return of the ebike.
On receipt and examination of the bike we will email you to advise of the refund procedure. Refunds may take up to 14 business days for the funds to be returned into your account.
