Purchased the Primal 9 2 weeks ago. Quick delivery. Easy assembly. First test run was on a 15/20/13-degree local hill - passed with flying colours. Started in single motor and got 10kph. Switched to dual and ripped up the hill! Still had plenty battery left after. Feels solid, lights, suspension & indicators are good. Overall very happy so far.

Great Scooter. Really smooth ride, easy to set up, and adjust to height as needed. The wide deck makes for easy balancing while travelling and is well lit for riding at might. It is the smoothest scooter ride I've had even on rough roads.

Trendy looking helmet that looks nearly identical to a bigger brand name helmet that's 3 times the price. The adjustable mechanism at the back works fairly well, I've got a 57cm head which is usually a medium in most things and it fits well with room to adjust it if I want to wear a hat underneath. I've got the black one and got the grey/green one for the mrs and go riding together, so far so good.
