1+1 Extended Warranty

In addition to your statutory rights, the 2-year extended warranty is a 1+1 warranty, meaning it provides the standard 12-month warranty plus an additional 12 months of warranty coverage, providing a total warranty period of up to 24 months from the date of purchase.

The 2-year extended warranty is an optional warranty available at an additional cost and is only offered on selected products, as indicated on the relevant Product Page.

The terms and conditions of the 2-year extended warranty are the same as the standard 12-month warranty outlined above, except where specifically stated in this Extended Warranty section. Where there is any difference, the conditions in this section take precedence.

Extended Warranty Period

The standard 12-month warranty applies during the first 12 months from the date of purchase.

Where the 2-year extended warranty has been purchased, the additional warranty period begins after the initial 12-month warranty period expires and continues until 24 months from the original date of purchase.

The extended warranty will cease earlier if the product has already been replaced under the original warranty or extended warranty.

In simple terms:

  • Months 1–12: Standard 12-month warranty
  • Months 13–24: Additional extended warranty, where purchased
  • After month 24: Extended warranty coverage has ended

All warranty periods commence from the original date of purchase.

Residential Use Only

The 2-year extended warranty applies solely to the use of the product in a residential setting.

If the product is intended to be used for commercial purposes, the 2-year extended warranty is not valid. For inquiries regarding commercial-grade models and their applicable warranty policies, please contact us.

Original Purchaser Only

The 2-year extended warranty is available only to the original purchaser who purchased the product from the Valk online store.

The extended warranty is strictly non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person if the product is sold, given away or otherwise transferred.

Purchase of Extended Warranty

The 2-year extended warranty must be purchased within the product's initial 12-month warranty period.

The extended warranty is only available for selected products, as indicated on the relevant Product Page.
